    Build one then. It's not hard to do, and it'll give you behind the scenes "building the map".

    You don't need much tools to build a map. Just two hands if you want. But there are 3rd party programs like mc-edit which can speed up the building process. Hell, i'm even working on making pl_badwater in minecraft. From scratch.

    You're in luck. Sethbling (AKA the redstone god) just happens to have recently made Dustbowl in Minecraft, with classes and control points and all that jazz. Needs the latest snapshot, as I recall. Just read the description.
